Why your support matters
Your contribution will support CMHA Regina achieving its goal of raising $1.2 million to renew its building, which is ideally located for CMHA Regina to serve its purpose in the community.
Renewing our building at 1810 Albert Street means CMHA Regina will be able to continue to offer a safe and supportive place for those living with mental illness to visit, be amongst peers, access programs and resources and focus on ways to stay well.
We can also continue growing mental health awareness and understanding in the community through presentations, certificate training and community events on various mental health topics to build capacity to manage mental health within our community and contribute to erasing stigma.
We thank our members and participants for
explaining what they appreciate about CMHA Regina.

“I never would have had the courage to accept a job in the community without the support of CMHA Regina staff.
I have been training in the Janitorial Program for a while and staff were always so encouraging and appreciative of my hard work.
This gave me the desire to use my skills and try a new job in the community.”
Workplace Presentation Participant
“Great presentation & presented with compassion and sensitivity – very informative.”

“I’m mighty shy and the club keeps me from isolating at home.
I live alone and so I need to spend time with others. I love doing crafts with my friends at the club.
Being around people is important and the club gives me a place to come and spend time with positive, supportive people where I feel safe.”
