Building renewal goals
The building was constructed in 1951. The windows need to be replaced and re-cladded, a new roof installed and the exterior needs to be fixed and cork application applied. These updates will protect the building's structural integrity.
Extend the life
of our building
These updates will also improve the energy efficiency of the building, reducing expenses, which matters to a non-profit.
Reduce operating costs
The building's exterior is a reason some people have not stepped inside. Updating our building will attract more people through our doors to access CMHA Regina's programs and supports.
Make our building appear more inviting
